The center cut out for a mast is currently 8 1 2" long x 5" wide. Could be made bigger ( it was cut wonky). The overall diameter of this collar is 17" long x 13 5 8" wide x 2 3 4" tall. It has 10 rings around it that have a 1 1 4" diameter.
